Short overview of the movie

One of the most brilliant films of May 1995 was the film "Johnny Mnemonic", created by the great director Robert Longo, on whose account there are the films such as «Arena Brains». The script for the film was written by the famous William Gibson, whose best works are considered by «New Rose Hotel»

The film «Johnny Mnemonic» was filmed by TriStar Pictures allocating $25 million to the budget, which also released «Jumanji», «The Quick and the Dead» this year

Leading roles in the film were: Keanu Reeves as Johnny Mnemonic, 1964 year of birth, the success of which brought the role in John Wick, and Dina Meyer as Jane, 1968 year of birth, whose best film was Saw

Brief storyline: A data courier, literally carrying a data package inside his head, must deliver it before he dies from the burden or is killed by the Yakuza. In a dystopian 2021, Johnny (Keanu Reeves) is a data trafficker who has an implant that allows him to securely store data too sensitive for regular computer networks. On one delivery run, he accepts a package that not only exceeds the implant's safety limits - and will kill him if the data is not removed in time - but also contains information far more important and valuable than he had ever imagined. On a race against time, he must avoid the assassins sent to kill him and remove the data before it, too, ends his life.

Only 80 gigs? In 2021
I miss how in the 90s if it was a TriStar produced flick you already knew it was gonna be bad, but sometimes it was so bad that it was good.. however this was not one of those times
The human brain can store 2.5 petabytes or more, 80 gigs is nothing. you wouldn't have to give up any childhood memories, it could be stored in the part of the brain you dont use

The idea of this movie was great, but once it got to the acting, I zoned out. Looks very out of place and what's even worse is that they put Ice T in it. I mean, don't get me wrong. Ice T is a cool actor and all but he didn't suit this movie, not one bit.
